Laudation is a boutique consultancy offering a variety of services to the venues, leisure and entertainment industry across arena’s, stadia and visitor attractions.
Our main specialities are operational compliance and excellence be it delivering events in an efficient and effective way to creating and testing process and procedures to ensure compliance and competence at all levels of your business. We also have experience in Venue Design be it new build or upgrades and have worked on some of the largest projects across Europe including London, Paris and Glasgow. This is underwritten by our owner, Steve Gotkine’s, own experience in this field.
Steve has worked for a number of the top arena’s in the UK, predominantly at The O2 for 11 years, where he held the title of Operations Director. Here Steve was a senior leader in the opening of The O2 in 2007, delivering the London Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2012 as well as working in the wider group across various European venues and within the business development field.
Away from The O2, Steve has also worked for West Ham United Football Club, Wembley Arena, Manchester Arena and Dreamland, Margate.
