After working with Ascot Racecourse since May 2019, we’re very happy and proud to announce that we’ve jointly entered into a 3 year contract to continue our working relationship into the future.

On signing the contract, Steve Gotkine, Founder and Managing Director of Laudation says “We’re really happy to be able to call Ascot our client. They’re an iconic venue steeped in history and you can feel that every time you step into the racecourse.  We look forward to continuing to build our relationship and work together now and into the future. With an exciting event calendar and other projects ahead, it promises to be an exciting period”.

Laudation’s main contractual responsibilities focus on providing safety and compliance related advise to the client as well as authoring new and updating existing elements of the Site Operations Manual. On event days, Laudation will be fulfilling the Safety Officer position and are now integrated within the planning process.

Joanna Wales, Head of Operations & Events for Ascot Racecourse says “We engaged with Laudation in 2019 to work with us to develop our Site Operations Manual to ensure we were still meeting the objectives of our Safety Certificate and Premises License. What we liked about them is that they had been in our shoes on the venue side and therefore understood what we needed to achieve in a pragmatic way. We now work with Laudation on a number of other areas, including looking into developing other uses for the racecourse”.
