Without doubt, the most important part of owning or managing a business is protecting your reputation and therefore your longevity. By working with subject matter experts in safety and compliance you will be demonstrating that you take this seriously and that in turn will make your venue or event more attractive.

Compliance has to feature at all levels of Venue Management from planning and flowing all the way through to delivery. It has to be invested in both financially and emotionally. We have a wide and varied experience in compliance from Creating Documentation to Training, Testing, Review and Improvement planning.

Some of our previous work includes:

  • Full Documentation pack to fully comply with the Safety at Sports Ground ‘Green Guide’ 6th Edition
  • Health and Safety Policy review against HSE requirements
  • Creation and delivery of a series of desktop exercises designed to test procedures and individual competence
  • Full Documentation pack to achieve Premises License and Safety Certification
  • Creation and Implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) regime
  • Full review of Event Planning Process and Strategy to ensure a compliant and consistent process for your business
  • Retained or Ad-Hoc Health & Safety Manager

Ascot Racecourse

We engaged with Laudation in 2019 to work with us at Ascot to develop our Site Operations Manual to ensure we were still meeting the objectives of our Safety Certificate and Premises License. What we liked about them is that they had been in our shoes on the venue side and therefore understood what we needed to achieve in a pragmatic way. We now work with Laudation on a number of other areas, including looking into developing other uses for the Racecourse.
